By accessing or using QuickTip.net ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

QuickTip.net provides a digital tipping platform that enables hotel guests to tip staff members electronically through QR codes. Our Service includes:

• QR code generation and management for hotel staff
• Secure payment processing for tips
• Payout management for staff members
• Administrative dashboards for hotels

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Fees and Payments

Transaction Fees: We charge a 10% processing fee on all tips, which includes payment processing costs.

Subscription Fees: Hotel partners pay a monthly subscription fee as outlined during registration. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Payouts: Staff payouts are processed weekly. We are not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the Service for money laundering or fraud
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by QuickTip.net and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUICKTIP.NET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickTip.net and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any pending payouts will be processed according to our standard schedule.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
