How do I sign up my hotel?

Visit our hotel registration page and complete the simple 3-step signup process. You'll get access to your dashboard immediately after payment.

How do QR codes work?

Each staff member receives a unique QR code. Guests scan the code with their phone camera, which opens a tipping page where they can leave a tip using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or credit card.

How long does setup take?

Most hotels are fully set up within 24 hours. You can add staff members and generate QR codes immediately from your dashboard.

For Staff

How do staff members receive their tips?

Tips are deposited directly into each staff member's bank account via weekly automatic payouts. Staff can also request instant payouts for a small fee.

Do staff need to create an account?

Staff members are invited by the hotel admin and complete a simple onboarding process to connect their bank account for payouts.

Can staff see their tip history?

Yes, staff members have access to a personal dashboard where they can view all their tips, pending payouts, and earnings history.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Guests can tip using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any major credit or debit card. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

What are the fees?

We charge a simple 10% processing fee on each tip, which includes all payment processing costs. There are no hidden fees.

When do payouts occur?

Automatic payouts are processed weekly, typically on Fridays. Funds usually arrive in 2-3 business days.

Can I customize the tipping page with my hotel's branding?

Yes, hotel partners can add their logo, brand colors, and customize the guest experience to match their property.

How do I add or remove staff members?

From your admin dashboard, you can easily add new staff, deactivate departing employees, and manage all QR codes.

What reports are available?

You'll have access to comprehensive reports including tip totals by staff, department breakdowns, guest tipping patterns, and more.
